Question Why the gigabyte q flash not working there not even any light

Q flash not working
Motherboard gigabyte z690 auras elite ax ddr5
When i first time connected the 24 pin and cpu pin there was a red light
Q flash was not working
After i re installed the pin there was no light .
Just a samll light on the aorua logo for a moment.
And even the red light was turend off.
Is this psu problem or motherboard.
I dont here click sound when i installed 24 pin to the motherboard.
And it hard to take it after installing.
I used adata 128gb pen drive .i formatted it to fat32 mbr from a android app .

When i give the mobo power first time there was only red led going on and of .not orange
After reinstalling The 24 pin cable(which was hard to open it)cpu pin there was no led nothing other then a momentary aorus logo led.
Shouldn't there be a led to say if pendrive not working or anything ?like the first time
