Question why this happen r5 2600x

mine r5 2600x on b350 fatality board going crazy.. even im not overclock my cpu.. but in h/w monitor show the cpu 4.4+ghz..
i alrealy load default bios setting.. already check on amd ryzen master it show 3.6ghz.. but it different on riva osd n h/w moitor.

Boot into the BIOS, and check the BIOS under the "F-Stream", because the Fatal1ty F-Stream software includes an automatic overclocking utility.

HWMonitor does NOT work properly with Ryzen CPUs.
I would use Ryzen Master Only, because it give accurate information.

thank cin19.. i disable that and now my cpu run idle at stock 3.6ghz at all time. no more jump to 4.2 or 4.4ghz.. im afraid because my cpu just use stock cooler. thanks a lot.
