[SOLVED] Why this web site error

I get the following on Chrome , the Edge and internet explorer.
I get it on websites that I have used previously without any problems and I have not altered any setting.

	HTTP 400 error It’s not you, it’s this link (it appears to be broken) Try this Retype the web address Go back to the last page
