Why when I am using numberpad 0 key than arrow keys are not working

NumLock 0 key using then arrow keys are not working properly

You'll need to be more detailed mate ? Are you saying when numlock is on the "0" and Arrow Keys don't work ? Have you checked your Keyboard layout setup in the system. is it setup for a US Keyboard if thats what you have (mind you i havent heard of those keys being mixed up)

Have you tried disconnecting the keyboard and reconnecting ?
Uninstall the drivers, reboot the pc and let it automatically reinstall the drivers ?

You seem to misunderstand what numlock does.

The four arrow keys become number keys when numlock is active. That's normal.

To use the four keys as arrow keys you must turn numlock off.
