so the answer might be that there is no software with the holy power to overclock oem system?

well i overclocked my htc wildfire s from 600mhz to 900mhz stable so i thought maybe i could go at least from intel celeron b800 duo core 1.5ghz to at least 1.7ghz?

Moreover, that is a sub $400 laptop so why would you expect speed?
