Question Why wierd pattern appears on screen and pc stucks.

I am using hp z 400 and graphic card is Quadro fx 1800. When I play game or something heavy weird pattern appears on screen and computer stuck. What should I do resolve it. Is it graphic card issue or something else. Please help

Yes I have updated drivers re installed rams and graphic card
