The Diskpart commands I used for formatting the USB : select Disk 1; clean; create partition primary; active, format fs=fat32 quick;
After that , the Windows Explorer shows 2 drivers associate with USB: 1) D driver as a CD driver with LaunchU3.exe,.. on it , and 2) E driver as a System Volume.
Later I use Diskpart clean on the USB. The Diskpart no long see the USB, neither Disk Manager. However the D and E are still accessible from Explorer and Command Prompt.
