Why windows 10 is annoying.

I've just format my old Windows 7 now Windows 10 is annoying That Teal time protection is blocking my games and i don't want to update but it still update without my permission. Can you please suggest me how deal with these.

You mean real time? Go to windows defender and turn off real time scanning

No it actually blocks some time and some time it down the performance fps.

what are your computer specs and have you fully updated windows 10 to the latest build

Also, Defender wouldn't be trying to block things without a reason. Have you scanned this system for malware/viruses?

What games are you playing and from where did you download them?

Anti Cheating software some game loaders launch will sometimes get blocked by Antivirus Software that goes for all AV packages, that requires you to go and make an exception for it. Windows 10 will update whenever it feels like unless you tell it a certain time, once that time is set it will only bug you on a major Security update.

Lag and fps issue? Are you using Game mode?

If you are playing a pirated game then windows defender will surely block it, I don't support playing pirated games so I can't help you anymore...
There's only one thing you can do, buy the game you want to play
