Why windows vista home premium shows classic color and appearance setting

Because you set it to be that way maybe?

Or you need to install the video card drivers.

But i have all my drivers.........My problem is that i'm using "vista home premium sp1" and it does not have aero effect and its shows the classic menu in "Color and Appearance".....there is no transparency effect?

Is your hardware good enough to run Aero? Home Premium has Aero in it.
