Question why won’t my pc recognise my ssd

so i’ve built my pc just under a month ago, all brand new parts. was just sitting on youtube then it crashed, i turned it off then turned it back on and then it would only launch into the bios and wouldn’t recognise my ssd. since then it won’t launch into bios at all, just sits on a loading screen. b660m ds3h ax ddr4 motherboard, team MP33 M.2 NVMe ssd

motherboard have 2 m.2, test it on both?

Those NVME drives have been known to arrive DOA orfail very quickly. Invest in a better manufacturer.
