Question Why won’t my xmp profile load

My xmp profile won’t load my ram is supposed to run at 3000 MHz but it doesn’t work when I load the xmp profile nothing I have tried is working I’ve followed so many YouTube tutorials but it’s not working when I load it task manager still says it’s on 2133 and I can’t stand it the bios says the xmp is loaded though and I don’t know what to do do I just buy a new ram kit? Because this one isn’t working maybe it’s my motherboard but I can’t really tell also my motherboard is a asrock b450m pro 4 if that helps

When UBM finishes it will display a results page.
Copy the address of that page and put it in a post.
This allows the members here to look at that address and see the results.
