Question Why won't all of my RAM sticks work?

So I got a new system, swapped my Alienware R4 for a PC. Once home I started doing some cable management and plugged everything back the way it was before (and everything worked because I used the PC before taking it home, and no, nothing could've broken in the way home because I was really careful). After all that, I tried to turn it on and it wouldn't boot, the mobo (Asus Maximus VIII Hero) showed q code 55, which means: no memory installed. So I started searching on the internet about that and some people said that a pin could be bent, so took the cooler out (Corsair H100x) and the CPU out (i7 6700k), looked for bent pins but everything was perfectly fine. I put everything back together and tried again, still didn't work. So I took 3 of the 4 RAM sticks (4x8gb Corsair Vengeance LPX at 2666mHz, overclocked to 3000mHz) out, and just left one in dimm a1, and it worked. I then installed dimm b1, together with a1, and it also worked, but after putting the other 2 sticks and trying to boot, it displayed q code 55 again, so I don't know what could be the problem. Also, when I used it before taking it home it had all of the RAM installed and it was working completely okay.
Thank you for reading and I hope someone can help me, cheers.

If it all worked the configuration was probably correct.

What may have happened is that one of the RAM sticks failed.

Can you try swapping RAM sticks in one at a time to see if one particular stick is not working.

Try doing so first without overclocking and then with overclocking.

Swaping sticks around would help , also try to run lets say a set of sticks in each config , so a1 with b1 then a2 b2 , and then swap set's and redo . This would probably answer your problem , if it dosent then it has something to do with the board or the bios when all 4 sticks are in .

Did you take out your motheboard lately or do any upgrade / cleaning that has a reference with you having a screw driver near your motherboard ? If yes check for any marks of you scratching it ( less likely this being the reason )

Well i used a screwdriver to take out the screws from the cooler, it's easier than using my hands, I don't have much space. But I didn't take the motherboard out, so there's no scratching on the back of it. Also, do you think updating the bios can fix it if all the sticks are working?

I'm also going to to clean the contacts from both, the motherboard dimms and the RAM sticks so I know that that's not the problem, and I'm going to run them at their stock clock speed.
