[SOLVED] Why wont mods install for GTA V pc?

Ive recently downloaded GTA V on my SSD as well as OpenIV (which natively installs to the C drive which is my SSD.) I came across several problems in the past couple of days when attempting to install mods. Since the game itself and OpenIV are located on my SSD, i assumed i would have to move the mod files onto the SSD first, and then install the mods via drag and drop. I am NOT in administrator mode and all files are on one of my storage drives, not both. I am having trouble trying to understand why this is happening and how to fix it. Any ideas of how to fix this would be much appreciated! Thanks!

If there was an update, you have to reinstall the whole mods folder I think.
