So I just started my first custom PC build and have just ran into my first problem. I installed everything needed to do a test boot outside of the case and plugged up everything according to where it needed to go. Unfortunately the PC is not even powering on. I made sure per the manual that I am using the correct f panel connectors with a screwdriver to get it to power. I have recheck all the pcie cables for my motherboard, cpu, gpu, and have re-slotted my ram, cpu and double checked all the plug-ins were snug. I did the paperclip test on the psu and it spun up and worked. I also changed out the ram sticks with some previous ram that I used on a previous prebuilt. I thought I had a DOA motherboard but after buying a second one, I am still having the same issue.

My PC Spec:
MBD: MSI Z790 Tomahawk
CPU: Intel i9-14900kf
GPU: MSI Ventus 4080 Super
RAM: 32GB Corsair Vengeance
PSU: Corsair RM1000x

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

How are you cooling that processor? Try and relieve some pressure from the CPU's socket, to have the cooler resting on the IHS, you'll need to have the PC on it's side to be able to do this.

Might want to make sure your rams are on slots A2 and B2. Check and recheck that all connections from your PSU to your components are fully seated. Breadboard your platform innards and then see if things change for you.

I have rechecked all of my connectors on the Motherboard. My Ram stick are slotted in the A2 and B2 slots. I am using a Corsair h150i 360mm AIO to cool my cpu. Still don't have any power.
