When my pc is shut off or in sleep without fail the next time i try to turn it on it wont boot my pc is on keyboard and mouse to but my monitor says hdmi no signal and the only fix ive found is to reseat the ram but now i have to do it multiple times for it to start and i just bought this computer prebuilt and it worked for 3 days fine without this issue till i had a windows update where this problem began and only once i got the screen that said boot failure and that it was a problem with bios settings so i dont know if it is my bios settings but if so what would i have to change in my bios settings?

What are your full hardware specifications? CPU, motherboard, memory kit, power supply (Exact model please), graphics card, motherboard BIOS version, Windows version?
OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Home
BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends International, LLC. F6, 11/3/2021
graphics card NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER
cpu Intel Core i5 11th Gen
power supply mwe gold 650v2 fully modular
BaseBoard Manufacturer Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.
memory Chun Well Technology Holding Limited

What is the motherboard model?

Not sure who "Chun Well Technology Holding Limited" company is, because in 35 years of working on and building systems I've never heard of them and I do quite a bit with memory, so to me that's an immediate red flag as probably being a very cheap, low quality manufacturer.

Was this a prebuilt system or a custom built one?

So, pretty sure this is probably an iBuypower PC prebuilt, and you will likely need to check with them to see if there is a BIOS update available. I would start there and only worry about other solutions if that does not solve the problem except that I would also recommend that you disable hibernation right off the bat. That might correct the problem by itself.

To disable Hibernation:

The first step is to run the command prompt as administrator. In Windows 10, you can do this by right clicking on the start menu and clicking "Command Prompt (Admin)"
Type in "powercfg.exe /h off" without the quotes and press enter. If you typed it in correctly, the cursor will simply start at a new line asking for new input
Now just exit out of command prompt

Ok, so same difference. It's a Gigabyte board BUT it's an OEM style model only sold to prebuilt system manufacturers and there are no BIOS updates available for it through Gigabyte. You must get updates through Skytech for the motherboard. Certainly any BIOS updates will likely come from Gigabyte but they aren't offered on their website nor is that board model that ends with "-Y1" listed there either.

Try disabling hibernation first. Then restart the system. And if you still have the problem the next step would be to contact Skytech.

How long ago did you buy this system?
