Question Why won't my Pc boot after swapping RAM sets?

I swapped my old 2x4gb (2133mhz) sticks for a set of 2x8gb (3200mhz) Corsair vengance LPX and after i was done installing them my PC wouldn't boot properly, both the fans and my hard drive start spinning up but thats about it not even the lights on my keyboard started shining.
I swapped back to my old sticks and my PC still wouldn't boot up.
I know that my Mainboard (Asrock h110hds) is only able to clock up to i think 2600mhz but i know that a lot of my friends are also running ram that has a higher clockspeed then their motherboard supports and it is working just fine for them.

2600MHz is far reaching. The board has this on it's specifications page:

Memory
  • Dual Channel DDR4 Memory Technology
  • 2 x DDR4 DIMM Slots
  • Supports DDR4 2400/2133 non-ECC, un-buffered memory*
  • Supports ECC UDIMM memory modules (operate in non-ECC mode)
  • Max. capacity of system memory: 32GB**
  • Supports Intel® Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) 2.0

*7th Gen Intel® CPU supports DDR4 up to 2400; 6th Gen Intel® CPU supports DDR4 up to 2133.

**Due to the operating system limitation, the actual memory size may be less than 4GB for the reservation for system usage under Windows® 32-bit OS. For Windows® 64-bit OS with 64-bit CPU, there is no such limitation.

That being said, are you on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard?

These are all the parts used in my rig:
Cpu: I5 6500k (not overclocked)
Gpu: GTX 1060 3gb KFA2
Ram(old): 2x4gb 2133mhz (off brand)
Ram(new): 2×8gb Corsair Vengeance LPX
Motherboad: Asrock 110hds
Storage: 1TB Samsung HHD and no SSD
Psu: 550 watt bequiet 80+ silver
Os: Win10 Home

And the BIOS version is most likely still stock as I never bothered updating my BIOS because the Pc was running perfectly until now.

What is the exact part number on your Corsair, not all DDR4 is the same. You may have knocked something loose while working with the memory. Reseat all power connectors. Did you unplug your computer when changing memory? Never handle memory by the gold connections. Did you buy CMK8GX4M1A2666C16R?
