Question why won't my pc boot up after placing 4x kingston hyper x furry 8 gig HELP

Asrock extreme3 r.0.2 with amd FX8370 procesor it works fine with to banks of 8Gig but when placing the other 2 my computer does not boot!!

Is it from the exact same kit? or bought alone? plus did you try the two ram sticks that worked on the 2 ram 2 ram slots that didnt work? if it worked then your ram could be dead.
If it didnt work then your motherboard could have dead ram slots.

Yes they are the same, and the slots works fine because before upgrading I had 4x 2 gig in my computer

Did you test the exact same Rams that work in those 2 slots first? if the rams didnt work in the same slots probably faulty ram, else i dont really know.

YES I did and they worked fine
