Why wont my pc boot with win 10

I just built my custom pc and it won't boot with win 10. It loads the symbol and then my pc just stops and won't turn back on with out pushing the clear cmos button. I burned win 10 iso to a disk and when it loads it doesn't boot up with out shutting off. I can state my species if needed but I need help because I can't find anything about it. Thanks in advance

No, I just built it my pc and downloaded the iso for win 10 off Microsoft with the media creation tool. I can't rollback

It probably has less to do with Windows and more to do with a hardware issue.

First thing I would check is that the heatsink and fan is securely attached to the motherboard.

I just checked and the fan is good. And my specs
Mobo: MSI z87-g45 gaming
Processor:Intel Pentium G3260
GPU: Gigabyte Windforce GTX 750 ti OC
Ram: 2X 2gb Hyundai DDR3 SCRAM
1x2gb Samsung
1x4gbSamsung
Hard drive: 2 Seagate barracuda 500gb
PSU: EVA 500w 80+

So, I finally fixed it with Microsoft's help, but thanks anyway

You may have trouble with the sleep states , as the EVGA 500W isn't Haswell compatible , and a very unstable PSU.
