Why won't my pc tv tuner card play channels that are on my cable tv?

I bought an ATI TV Wonder HD 650 Dual Tuner that says it can play digital and analog and function as a DVR. I have Windows 7, 32-bit OS. I have Comcast and a cable modem so I split the signal between the cable modem and the TV tuner card. I ran the setup in both Windows Media Center and ATI's own media center. Everything seemed normal except that neither setup found any analog channels. I now can view only 16 digital channels; all the rest are snow. Can anyone help?

If you still have the option to return the ATI650 do so. It has hardware issues and software issues. Don't waste your time on that product.


Hauppage 2250 is the best dual tuner HDTV that you can get. Its hardware is very reliable. Its software works well on its own or it works well with Windows Media Center.
