Why won't my Windows 8.1 desktop recognize my Vizio TV?

I have an iBUYPOWER desktop that I took to the shop to have the system restored to Windows 8.1 from Windows 10. Everything works great except I can no longer connect to my Vizio TV via the HDMI cable. I press the Windows key and the P key and I select the "entend" option but that doesn't work, nor do the other selections, "second screen," etc.

I don't know if you did it this way go to control panel then go appearance then Display then Adjust resolution when you their right next to Display their a tab to show how many displays and have you try changing the tv in put like HDMI 2 because either than that the only think i can think of that can cause that is when they rolled it back to 8.1 they did install the graphics driver correctly.
