[SOLVED] Why won't Shift key capitalise one letter?

Suddenly holding down the Shift key on my keyboard will not capitalise the letter F. This is the only letter that has this problem. To capitalise the F I must temporarily turn on Caps Lock. Thinking it was something mechanical I bought a new keyboard but it does exactly the same thing. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include keyboard(s) make and model information.

Reinstall keyboard drivers.

Try your keyboard on another known working computer.

Try another known working keyboard on your computer.

Determine if the problem follows the keyboard or stays with your computer.
