I originally had this set of ram here

which should be compatible with this set of ram here, even though its the newer RGB version

I am using this motherboard here https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157634&Tpk=N82E16813157634
Every time I boot up with both sets of ram in the motherboard, I get this image after the chance to boot into UEFI

When I take either of the set of sticks out, leaving one pair in, everything boots up like usual. Also, My pc actually seems to function fine after booting up past that attached image above, but eventually it will bring me to a windows repair screen after a day or 2, which forces me to remove one set of the sticks, and start over continuing the cycle. They're the same brand, same speed, same timings, same voltage requirements, only difference is one is a 16gb set and the other is an 8gb set. I always thought the issues arose from sets of ram with different timings and voltage requirements. Are there any solutions to get these sticks to function properly?
