why zotac and palit cheaper than the other brands in a video card?

does it mean they have lower quality than other brands? in my country the price difference is noticeable

i still have my palit nvidia geforce 220 gt still alive up to this date...my pc is about 5 years i think...so i agree with you they have good quality
