ok, I'm writing from my touchpad bc I'm having an issue. I'm reinstalling windows and it goes thru the whole process, reboots and comes back up with "updating registry", then instead of going to a login screen or even asking for a key, it just goes to a black screen with my movable cursor. I reformated all my partitions. After this black screen happened 3 times I even deleted my system reserve partition 0. So I'm trying not to get frustrated at this point seeing as windows is being a POS. Thanks for any help guys.

o yea, my display will go to sleep and wake up again but ctrl alt del doesn't work.

guys nvm on this issue, don't drink and IT. My TV was hooked up to it as well but I couldn't see the prompt bc I'm playin N64.... Back to installing
