whys my pc so buggy

GTX 1060 6GB
cpu- i5-6500
16gbram

i dont think my build should have a problem with a game like overwatch but ever time i play i have to play about 3 games just so characters and everything fully starts running. can anybody tell what the problem may be. also my PC startup time takes awhile should i consider an ssd?

Wow, this is REALLY wierd hahah. Well first off, download a program like HWmonitor to check your temps and if everything is actually installed

i just downloaded the program and everything seems to be normal any other suggestions on why this is happening

when i got my pc windows 10 had expired for free so i had my own disk of windows 7 that i used. i later got windows 10 by downloading it of Microsoft website using the assistive technology version <Removed by Mod>

yeah some other games like skyrim and csgo get buggy or take for ever to load
