Wi-Fi and RJ45 card?

Is there such a thing? I don't have enough pcie x1 ports on my motherboard and I was wanting to know if there is anything like this. If there isn't I could always look into another method such as powerline, but I would rather have the convenience of Wi-Fi.
So, does anyone know of such a card?

I've never seen a combined wireless/ethernet network card, and believe me I look at a lot of computer gear and components every week.
