wi-fi broadcast router off and on

How can I turn the wi-fi broadcast from my router off and on? I want to limit my exposure to the radio frequency radiation.

Look in your router configuration pages, most have an option to turn the radio off and many have a timed radio control to only have it operate during specific hours.

Just keep in mind that it is not only YOUR router around. You've got cell phones, microwaves, neighbours with their routers...
