Wi-Fi "Can't connect to this network" problem!

Hi! Good Day!

I change our wi-fi password, a globe tattoo 4-port ADSL2+ Aztech DSL5018EN, using the method of opening your Default Gateway in a browser, in "The Web Interfaced User (GUI)"
Anyways, I used my Samsung laptop, at the end of process, it was successful, the password was changed but then when I try to connect my laptop to the wi-fi, it checks for network requirements then it says "Can't connect to this network". I tried connecting it to a port using a cable wire, it connects but when I browse google and open a link it says "Details on your account needs to be updated" page.
Please help 🙁

And I also connected all my devices, my iPhone, smartphone but just the same to what happened in my laptop. It connects, doesn't say "Can't connect to this network" though, but opening the browser still leads to "Details on your account needs to be updated" page.

 


I already did what you said. other devices were able to get in the wi-fi with the new password then a technician from globe came. They don't know how to fix it. By the way, i'm using windows 10.
