Yesterday I used HP Support Assistant to scan for new updates and a RealTek Wi-Fi driver was avaliable, so I download and install but from that moment my internet was horrible, I cannot even browse facebook, gaming forums, not to mention youtube. I am paying for 45Mbps, my download should be around 5+ MBps, but it goes up to 300 KBps which is an outrage. I seriosuly do not know what to do. I called my ISP, restarted router, tried to uninstall that driver which caused me to lose my Wi-Fi connection as a whole. No idea what else to do. Here is an image of a speed test.

Did you do a speedtest before and after changing the driver, or just after?

Also, I assume you are wi-fi, so you need to hook up with ethernet and test again, that will tell you if the problem lies with your wireless connection(either end) or your ISP/Router.

We have a password on our wi-fi, before the driver I was downloading at 1.5 MBps because it set that limit so it does not drain it for my roommates, but after it just will not got past 300 KBps. We do not have a cable to connect it directly. I did a test just now and it spiked up to 15, but I got a total of 7,47.
