Question Wi-Fi drops in and out after upgrade

Recently upgraded my PC, new CPU, GPU, Motherboard. Rest has remained same inlcuding PCI wifi card.

However the wifi is constantly in and out. No other devices in house affected.

changing motherboard/cpu, having issue after, reinstall the os

Re-installing windows 10 I do not even know where to begin.
Additionally this will require reformatting the drives?
