Wi-Fi is connected but not working?

Hey guys, I need some help regarding the WiFi on my laptop. For some odd reason, it says that I'm connected to my network, but every time I try to open a browser page it (at first) says, "DNS address could not be found", then shortly there after it switches to "There is no internet connection". I've looked up many things on how to fix this, but nothing really worked. I tried going to Google both on Chrome and on Microsoft Edge. Another really weird thing about this is that I'm connected to Steam on my laptop and I can see who's playing what, but it still does the same thing as the browsers. Any thoughts on what might be causing this?

Don't worry I fixed it guys. It seems like all I had to do was restart the router and it went back to normal.
