I can't see available networks on sharing center. If I enable hostednework on cmd, I can see the created SSID in the sharing center, but I have to restart hostednetwork frequently. This is not working for me. Additionally, If I create a SSID it is created with microsoft wifi miniport adapter, but in manage connections the adapter is Intel(R) Centrino(R) Ultimate-N 6300 AGN.

I tried to solve this problem for a month and searched for a solution all over the place. The last suggestion was to look at the IPconfig. I got the following result.
Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7601]

I don't know why all the other adapters are disconnected as well?

Disregard the other connections. The majority of them are not important to what you are trying to accomplish.

Based on the ipconfig results, your wireless adapter has an IP address.
1) Check the properties of the wireless adapter and see if the IP Address has been set manually, if so, change it back to auto and see if that helps. Also considering it is showing a 192.168.X.X address.
2) Have you tried completely uninstalling the wireless adapter drivers and reinstalling them with the latest version?
