Wi-Fi Router keeps shutting off and on Internet unstable

I have a problem with my Wi-Fi router.
It works normaly, but after 10-15 mins internet suddenly becomes slow and when I check my router, Its not working. But after 2-3 mins router turns on and works fine... and after 15 min again... How can I fix this?

Is it actually rebooting itself? What do the logs on the router say? Do all devices, wired and wireless, lose internet?

Well I share internet with my neighbours... so when Im on internet and I use it alot... like Im downloading something or I play games that use a lot of internet, then Wi-Fi router just shuts down and turns it self on like after 3-4 mins... The neighbours Wi-fi router shuts down (restarts).
I dont know why is that happening, if I choose something in firware on router or something, or its wi-fi router to old to handle it

It may be overheating. Since it isn't your router you don't have much leverage. I guess you should be thankful they are sharing.

Well im 100% Router is NOT owerheating, cuz we have winter here right now
And at the summer is the same...
