wich components to upgrade first?

so i have:
i3 2125
asus hd 7770 1gb
and other things

so basicly im upgrading everything but the hard drives. so im upgrading to skylake like i7 6700k and gtx 1070 and i can pay all at once so i have to seperate my upgrade or i upgrade mobo, ram and cpu or i upgrade power supply and gpu (both options cost me about the same) so my final decision is wich do i upgrade first based on wich gives less bottleneck. my gpu is basicly 100% usage on all recent games so i should upgrade my gpu first but then i think that my cpu is very weak and i dont know if its ideal to have that gpu with such weak cpu. if you give your opinions, you would help me alot

I would upgrade the GPU first, while your CPU is low the GPU is more of an issue for newer games. Also its preferable to have the good new PSU beforehand of the rest of your new equipment.

ok i will but the gpu first then. the psu im going to buy is the seasonic m12ii evo 620w, i heard good things about it and after all its seasonic right?
