Wich cpu cooler for MSI p35 Platinum (Q6600)

Hello, I would like to know wich is the best cpu cooler arround 40$ for my pc, preferably one that works with all current cpu sockets in case I decide to upgrade.
I want to try overclocking so I decided to buy one Other thing is that I dont know if it will fit due to my motherboard, case and video card since is kind of big. Here are the specifications.

I think im buying the xigmatek dark night since it works with 775-1366 sockets and I've read plenty good reviews.. but im still thinking if it will fit because of the circu pipe thing arround the cpu socket in the msi p 35 platinum..
Need some help over here!

I think it will fit, just saw this vid... if that big thing fits my mobo.. dark knight will do it perfectly i think... any suggestions are welcome
