Hello i got an old pc with an Asrock Z68 Extreme3 gen3 motherboard and it got an i3-2125 and i think of upgrading it so mu friends can use it but i wounder wich cpu ahould i get and i will use an 1080p 60hz monitor we often play garrys mod csgo and much other games but should i buy an Intel Xeon E3-1230 V2 or an I7-2600 or an 2600K

A 2600K or an i5-3750K or an i7-3770K -- depends on what you can find. Since you have a Z motherboard, it will support overclocking.
