When it comes to cooling my preference has always been with either Corsair SP series fans and Noctua fans. One simple fact remains with them they are quiet yet packed with performance.
Here is one configuration for you:
Use one or two 120mm SP fans on the front in push configuration.
Use one or two 120mm SP fans on the top in pull configuration.
Side fans are mostly waste. I won't recommend unless you really have to cool your GPU.
SP fans come in two versions Quiet edition and Performance edition. Their AF fans are not that much powerful as SP fans because of blade design. Else you can always go for Noctua fans without second thought if not into SP.
What the use of PC when it is noisy!
Happy Hunting!
