Wich gpu to buy

I3 8100, gybabite b350m ds3h, 2666mhz 8gm ram, SeaSonic 550W Focus Plus Gold. I can't deside wich gpu to buy a new gtx 1060 6gb or a used gtx 980

They are roughly equivalent, but the GTX1060 6GB has more VRAM, and slightly newer features. You are talking a used card out of warranty vs a new card with one for a ~$50 difference. I would lean toward the GTX1060 6GB, uses less power as well.
