Motherboard: ASrock Z68 Extreme3 gen3

SSD: dont got one but im gonna buy a kingston on 240gb

Gigabyte RX580 8GB = $135 from newegg.com's Ebay site is approximately equal to the GTX1650 Super. Both cards blow the GTX1050 out of the water. Like...>50% more performance.

The i3 stock cooler isn't the same as an i7-2600K stock cooler. I wouldn't recommend OCing on a stock Intel cooler.

Don't suppose you're looking at the Kinston A400 SSD? Not the best out there.

Is your full upgrade budget $200? Or is that just for the GPU? What I was looking at was:
New GPU - as you stated
New SSD - as you stated
New CPU - as you stated
New CPU cooler - recommended
New PSU - recommended
