hello i thinking of two graphic cards but i dont know wich one to choose but here waht i bought

RAM: Corsair vengeance 2x8gb 2933mhz
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600X
MB: Gigabyte-GA-A320M-S2H
HDD: Toshiba P300 1TB 7200RPM
SSD: Samsung evo 850 500gb
psu: Corsair RM650x 650W 80+ Gold full modular
GPU: Dont know

i have two i want to buy but i dont know wich is best and whats smarter buy

i think of an used asus dual gtx 1070 8gb or should i buy an new Sapphire Radeon RX 590 Nitro

Get GTX 1660 Super instead.
It has similar performance to GTX 1070 and costs ~ the same as RX 590. And consumes ~2x less power than RX 590.

ok im looking on it right now buy i wounder if Acer nitro 24 inch VG240YP IPS 144hz is a good monitor it got freesync 1ms response time

If you get a Freesync monitor make sure it supports DisplayPort as that's required for the Freesync/Nvidia sync.

should i get an ASUS gtx 1660 super DUAL OC 6gb or should i get ASUS gtx 1660 super Phoenix OC the phoenix is a single fan and the first is dual fan i prefer the single because i dont like bigger cards

2 fan model is better than single fan model.

Unless you have a high ambient temp the 1660S should stay within reasonable temps. My EVGA 1660S dual fan gets up to 67C at 100% usage.
