Wich graphics should i buy

Hello all. I want to buy graphics card but i don't know which one to choose:

1. VTX HD7730 2GB DDR3
or
2. MSI R7 240 2GDR3/LP

My specifications are:

MSI GF615M-P33 V2
AMD Athlon II X2 215
400 W PSU

The two GPUs are roughly equivalent. If they're the same price, I'd get the R7 240 just because it's more likely to support newer features and have better driver support.

I'd agree too, but if it's "power consumption" that you're worried about (and not so much $$$), then you can spend ~$50 more and get almost double the performance (with less power consumption) and get the new [passively cooled, no power cord required] Palit GeForce GTX 750 Ti KalmX.
