The worst 2 SSDs on RAID0 are still much faster than the fastest SSD available out there. So I strongly advise to go for the first option if what you care for is only speed.

ok, but arnt alot of writes 128kb and less and raid would skip this? not doing storage really just normal OS functions web browsing ect
