Wich is the best choice for a gpu with my i7-4790 (non K) for 1440p

I have a prebuilt pc for about 1000 euros but I didn't ask for gaming and it didn't have a good graphics card at all.So I am searching for a good gpu to help my pc run 2k on fortnite.Also i don't have more than 350€ to spend.
My specs are:
Intel core i7-4790 processor 4.00GHz
16 gb ram Ddr3
Windows 10

RX580 8GB or GTX 1060 6GB, but I suggest you search around for real-world gaming benchmarks to help you decide which you prefer.

I had a gtx 1060 6gb with a i7 4770 and it was killing games @ 1080p 60fps ultra settings. Make sure you have 16gb ram and you'll be fine. That makes a good pair even though that CPU could still run a 1080ti if you wanted to
