Assuming your concern is VRM robustness I'd say the Asrock X470 Master SLI, and would add to absolutely avoid the Asus and Gigabyte boards. The mothers are : Gigabyte B450 Aorus Pro WIFI, Asus ROG STRIX B450-F, Asrock X470 Master SLI and Asus TUF X470 Plus.
The prices are 150, 170, 180 and 175 dolars respectively
They are for a ryzen 3600 with overclock to 4.4/4.5 Ghz or ryzen 3700x

But I'm mostly curious about what makes you so confident you'll achieve even a 4.4Ghz overclock on a 3600... or 3700X for that matter....much less 4.5Ghz.
Of those boards the Asrock board has a strong VRM with 4 FET's (2 lo-side and 2 hi-side) for each phase. The Gigabyte and Asus boards have only one hi-side FET.
For a 3600, if you give up the idea of trying to get 4.4Ghz manual all-core, they'd probably work well enough though. Look at features you like to pick which is a favorite for that. I'm just focusing on a strong VRM that would run cool for a heavy overclock.
And as far as the asrock fatal1ty x470 .... i'd say it's overkill for a 3600. Unless you like the features, of course. It comes down to features if you aren't doing crazy all-core overclocking attempts.
