Wich is the best Z170 series mother board for gaming?

Solution
What we're trying to say is that the best board for YOU depends on what you want to do with it. Even what 'BEST' means is debatable.

All three are great high-end boards with good feature sets, none is cheap or junky.

The Extreme 7 has 3x M.2 slots. Useful if you want to use M.2, not so much if you don't.
The OC Formula has 18 power phases and supports a very robust overclock, and even extreme cooling solutions. Useful if you want it, not do much if you don't. (and has the 3x M.2 as well)
What is the Fatal1ty mouse port on the Professional worth to you?

What is the rest of the system you will be using it with?
What makes a good gaming board for you? Not a trick question. Best depends on features, like how much overclocking you want to do, audio, network, and in some situations, aesthetics and fancy doo-dads.

Both of those are great overclocking boards.

This, the Professional Fatal1ty http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Fatal1ty%20Z170%20Professional%20Gaming%20i7/ is their top-of-the-line Gaming board.

Yup, "Gaming" on a motherboard doesn't really mean anything. Some gaming mobo's have additional features designed with gamers in mind, but a gamer can use basically any motherboard and be just fine. Get the mobo that has the specs and features you want and don't worry about what it's called.

There is NO way to tell which is BEST. NO ONE can answer that question definitively. Reviewers can be biased. Owners of any given product may only tell you half of the story. Some people say product "A" is the best because they own it and it has been great for THEM. But another person may say "I bought product "A" and it's junk." Check user reviews, but take them with a grain of salt because they never tell the whole story. YOU must choose which product is right for you, because there is no such thing as one "best" product. I know it's not what you want to hear, but it's the truth.
