Yes but with the updated BIOS of these motherboards they work with 7º GEN CPU. Use for workstation software development and internet.
Of chipset b250 the motherboard that I could buy is the:

You forgot to mention the fact that you need to first update that with a Skylake CPU, as the large majority were made years prior to the launch of Kaby Lake, and will have previous BIOSes.
The MSI board is also rather mediocre, an option from Gigabyte or Asus/AsRock would be optimal.
Ignore him in regards to 100 series boards @OP.

Is that a guarantee? If so, get the B150, as it's the mid range option there, and pair it with an i7 7700, the extra threads will be very helpful.
