I'm in search the best monitor for my budget and i'm not so fluent in Display knowledge, so i'm here to find help.
I'm from Italy. I am a 3D artist mainly for videogames, and i plan to use my monitor for gaming (not competitively, mostly single player offline games) AND work.
I need the color to be quite accurate (for texturing primaraly). I plan to use it as a Primary Display for my laptop with an hdmi cable. I Have an Alienware with a geforce GTX 1060 driver version 418.81. I am fine with full HD 1920x1080, and 75hz (tough 60 hz is fine also i think). 24'' is enough, 27'' is appreciated, on a 16:9 ratio, no ultra wide or anything.
My budget is not much, 250-300 euros top.
I'm not in searching for a brand in particular, i'm fine with all.
i have recently tried an AOC G2460VQ6 but the color was not great, though with enough calibration i had reach a decent look, but playing with the shadow control setting fucks up most games, with the result of seeing absolutely nothing in dark areas. (and in some old games i can't adjust the brightness).
What Monitor is the best for me?
