Wich motherboard is better

Almost certainly the G1. Sniper. It has a Z87 chipset which will allow you to overclock a "K" cpu.
The H87 will not oc.

I will not overlock wich is the better motherboard then? for gaming.

If you will not overclock, then any supported motherboard will do.
There is little value in an expensive motherboard.
I would go even cheaper with a B85 based motherboard.

Do not exclude a M-ATX motherboard, they usually cost less.

it stands to reason though that the G1.Sniper is the better motherboard but from a cost perspective I had no choice but to go with the much cheaper Gigabyte H87-HD3 S1150.
