Question Wich One Will perform better?

Hello everyone, due to the death of my AIO watercooler I Was forced to use a cooler That I had on my shelve, its One of those that come on AMD FX and some older Phenoms, small aircooler with copper base and heatpipes, currently using it on my R5 2600, no clocks and his management is made by Ryzen master. I Also have One 100% aluminium cooler, like some AMD A series APU's and some Phenoms to, between those 2 what would be the best um terms of lower temps? Its just temporary while my new One doesnt come
