Question Wich RAM to buy (timings and speed)

Hi guys! Im interested in buying either Gskill Aegis 2x8 (3000mhz) CL16-18-18-38 or Ripjaws (3200mhz) same CL and timings. Ripjaws cost 35 dollars more. Is it worth it for that extra speed ?
Motherboard: B450 Fatality k4
Processor: Ryzen 5 2400g

Aegis runs better on amd is more compatible than Ripjaws.
